Terms of Use

This site is offered to inform you about our services and to let you send us a quote request. You agree to use it in good faith and for lawful purposes: no false information or information belonging to someone else, no unsolicited messages, no attempt at unauthorized access and no automated extraction of the content.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules.

These terms come in addition to our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

All content on the site — text, photographs, layout, and the Victoria Touch name and logo — belongs to Victoria Touch Nettoyage or is used with the permission of the rights holders.

You may browse the site and share pages for personal use. Any other use — reproduction, modification, publication or commercial exploitation — requires our written permission. The names “Victoria Touch” and “Victoria Touch Nettoyage” and the accompanying logo may not be reproduced or imitated.

This is the most important point in these terms. Any quote we send you is an estimate: it binds neither you nor us until it has been accepted in writing.

• The estimate rests entirely on the information you provide: type of service, approximate area, frequency, condition of the premises. If that information is incomplete or inaccurate, so will the estimate be.
• It may be revised after we see the premises. If the actual area, condition, clutter or access differ from what we were told, we submit an adjusted price before starting. We never change a price without discussing it with you.
• It is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent, unless stated otherwise.
• The contract comes into being through your written acceptance — by email, text message or signature — and our confirmation. Only then do the price, the scope of work and the date become commitments.
• An estimate covers only the tasks it describes; any extra work requested on site is agreed separately before being carried out.

We may decline a request, in particular if the premises pose a health or safety risk, if the area is not served or if our availability does not allow it.

We take real care that the information published here is accurate. Service descriptions, timelines and areas served are given for information and may change without notice. The site is provided “as is” and access to it may be interrupted, notably for maintenance.

The site may contain links to pages that do not belong to us. We exercise no control over their content, and a link is neither an endorsement nor a recommendation.

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of the site, nor for decisions taken on the sole basis of the information published here, without consulting us.

These reservations do not apply to the quality of our cleaning services, nor to the guarantees that the law grants consumers and that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Québec. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Québec. If any provision were held invalid, the others would remain in force.

We may amend these terms at any time. The version shown on this page is the only one in force, and the date at the top marks its latest revision. The terms applying to an estimate remain those in force at the time of the agreement.
