How a visit unfolds
- Assessing your needsWe come by, or we go over it with you on the phone. We note the number of rooms, the delicate surfaces, what matters most to you and what you would rather we not touch. You then receive a written quote, free of charge.
- The first visitThe first visit takes longer than the ones that follow, the time it takes to set the standard. It is also when you can show us your preferred products if you have any, and where the water and the outlets are.
- The cleaning, room by roomThe team follows the agreed tasks, working top to bottom and from the cleanest room toward the messiest. Floors are done last. Nothing is moved without being put back where it belongs.
- The final checkBefore leaving, the team goes back through every room and checks the work done. Your feedback lets us adjust the service for the visits that follow.
Deep cleaning
On the residential side we offer, alongside standard cleaning, the deep clean. It is a full reset of your home that goes well beyond routine upkeep. - The site visitWe tour your space with you, at whatever time suits you. We note the square footage, the floor coverings, the sensitive areas and any access constraints. The written quote follows within a few days.
- The quote and the scheduleYou receive a task list by zone and by frequency, with the price per visit. Together we set the time slots, how keys are handled and the access codes.
- The maintenance visitsThe team comes in on the agreed schedule, follows the tasks set out and leaves the space locked the way they found it. Periodic work is scheduled on the calendar ahead of time.
- The follow-upWe stay in touch with you, and any request for an adjustment is applied starting with the very next visit.

- The assessment before the dateTell us the square footage, the number of rooms and bathrooms, and the date the keys change hands. We give you a price and we block off the time needed, often half a day to a full day.
- The cleared-out homeWe come in once the place is empty or nearly so. If any furniture is staying, let us know ahead of time: we adjust the time we set aside rather than running short on site.
- The deep cleanThe team works top to bottom, from the far end of the home toward the door. Cabinets, appliances and bathrooms come first, floors last.
- The final checkWe go back through every room before locking up. On request, we can email you photos of the final condition.
End of the job site

- The site visitWe come see the condition of the space and how far along the work is. The square footage, the type of finishes, the amount of debris and the access to the container determine the time and the price, both confirmed to you in writing.
- The rough passOnce the trades are out, the team removes the debris, the protection and the bulk of the construction dust. The space becomes usable, but it is not finished yet.
- The fine passTwo or three days later, once the airborne dust has settled, the team comes back for the finish: tops of doors, baseboards, glass, stickers, floors washed one last time.
- The handoverWe walk through with you, room by room. Anything flagged is corrected on the spot before the team leaves the site.
