Privacy Policy

Victoria Touch Nettoyage is a residential and commercial cleaning business registered on June 29, 2026, based in Saint-Isidore and serving Lévis, Québec City and the surrounding area. Our work takes place at our clients’ premises: we have no published street address.

This policy covers our website, the quote request form and the exchanges that follow. It does not cover third-party sites we may link to.

We ask only for what is needed to answer you and serve you: your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you want, your city, and — if you wish — the approximate area, the frequency, your preferred date and a free-form message.

This information is used to reach you, prepare your estimate, schedule the service, invoice you if you become a client, and keep the records required by our tax and accounting obligations. It is used for nothing else.

The form cannot be sent unless you tick the consent box yourself; it is never pre-checked. You may withdraw that consent at any time, without justification, by writing or calling us. Withdrawal applies going forward and is not retroactive; we then keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records.

We never sell or trade your information. We need no sensitive data — social insurance number, banking details, health information — and ask that you never send us any.

The site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience analytics: we do not track you from one site to another. Only cookies necessary for the site to work may be set, to remember your chosen language and to protect the form against automated submissions. The servers that deliver the site also keep connection logs, for security purposes.

To run the site and deliver requests, we rely on suppliers who act solely on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website;
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers the emails generated by the form;
• Google LLC, whose email service hosts the inbox where your requests arrive.

We use no invoicing software or online accounting service: invoices are prepared and kept by our own means. Your information is shared with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Disclosure outside Québec. These suppliers are foreign companies: your information may be processed and hosted outside Québec, notably in the United States, where it is subject to local law. As the law requires, we assessed this risk before entrusting them with any information — plain contact details — and conclude that it receives adequate protection there. This assessment is redone if we change suppliers.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

• Quote request with no follow-up: 12 months, then destroyed.
• Active client file: for the duration of the business relationship.
• Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, to meet our tax obligations.
• Before-and-after photographs of the surfaces we work on: 12 months, then destroyed. They document the service and are never published or shared without your written authorization, given separately and revocable at any time.

Once the period has passed, the information is securely destroyed.

Québec law gives you the right to see the information we hold about you and obtain a copy, to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected, to withdraw your consent, and to receive in a common format the computerized information you provided to us.

As the law provides, we answer any written request within 30 days of receiving it. If we refuse, we give you our reasons in writing.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, whose contact details are at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

We take reasonable measures, suited to the size of our business and the sensitivity of the information involved, to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access. The site is served over HTTPS and we limit collection to the strict minimum, which remains the best protection available.

No method of transmission or storage is infallible: we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we undertake to act diligently if a problem arises and to notify you where the law requires it.

The law requires every business to designate a person responsible for the protection of personal information. At Victoria Touch Nettoyage, that responsibility is held by Myriam Victoria Biaou, owner of the business.

Our services are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect the information of a child under 14 without the authorization of the person having parental authority.

We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version shown on this page is always the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it changed. For a significant change, we will let you know through a visible notice on the site.
